Each program has its own exam committee to guarantee quality requirements. Register via Osiris for the next final examination session of your Examination Committee after the date on which you expect the result of your final study component to be announced. You can read more on registering for the final examination session here.
In Osiris you can easily subscribe yourself for the upcoming examination session. You can do this by clicking on Progress and then Qualification request.
